Live With Purpose was held from June 3rd-13th in beautiful Bali, Indonesia where we were joined by vegan lifestyle expert, author and celebrity chef, Lauren Toyota! (www.hotforfoodblog.com)
Lauren shared her experience in shifting to a vegan lifestyle and how it holistically resulted in the need for mindfulness in every aspect of her life.

2 meals per day: breakfast, plus a second meal inspired by recipes from Lauren Toyota's bestselling cookbook, “Vegan Comfort Classics” as well as from her popular blog.

It's so important to spend time learning about the amazing, inspiring island of Bali and we embarked on a number of excursions and activities geared towards exactly that.
While it’s important to learn and grow, it’s equally as important to relax and let all of the amazing things we experience to sink in. One hour long massage per week was included in all packages.
We enjoyed a number of adventures on this Getaway to ensure everyone had an optimal amount of fun! This included excursions specifically tailored to our participants.
