Following the overwhelming success of Live With Purpose Bali 2019, we’re bringing it back for Live With Purpose Bali 2021!
Co-hosted by the incredibly talented Lauren Toyota from hot for food (hotforfoodblog.com) and The Getaway Co. founder Amanda Persi, all of the elements of the retreat, from the vegan food, to the personal connections, to the excursions, to the meditation program, are designed to help participants live life with compassion and purpose.
Led by the wonderful Natalie Matias, participants will also, once again, get to engage in the Live With Purpose meditation program which was custom made for the retreat and coincides with the various activities planned over the 10-day journey.

Join us for Live With Purpose Bali 2021
Getaway Highlights
Live With Purpose is a 10-day, fully plant-based getaway that will take place in Bali, Indonesia from September 6-16th, 2021.
We’ll be staying in a stunning villa in Ubud, enjoying a smorgasbord of delicious hot for food recipes and embarking on some amazing adventures around the island which include:
Ubud Day: On Ubud day we will visit a rice terrace, enjoy lunch at a well-known Ubud vegan restaurant and get to know our new home.
Culture Day: On Culture Day we’ll visit a stunning waterfall, have lunch at an organic farm and visit the famous Ulun Danu Temple.
Sunrise Volcano Hike: We depart at 2am drive north for an hour and embark on a life-changing sunrise hike up to the top of Mt. Batur.
Beach Day: On our beach day, we will visit a beautiful sand beach in Nusa Dua, head to a beach club in Uluwatu and then finish the day at Uluwatu temple watching a traditional fire dance with the sunset as our backdrop.
Live With Purpose Meditation Program: Everyday our participants will have the opportunity to participate in this custom made program which features themed meditations that coincide with the Live With Purpose getaway itinerary. 5 of the meditations include a movement element (similar to yoga and suitable for beginners).
Our ultimate goal is to bring groups of like-minded, empathetic people together to connect, learn, grow and be inspired.

Food
This Getaway will include 2 meals per day which will be a combination of hot for food recipes and some local favorites. As always, all of the food we eat on the retreat will be completely plant-based and 100% delicious.

Discovery
It is very important to us that we spend time learning about Bali's rich history and exploring cultural sites. Our excursions will take us all over the island and connect us with the local people through some surprise events.

Mindfulness
Each day will include a themed meditation + movement session (for all levels) with Natalie Matias. These sessions help us to connect as a group and learn how to live with purpose in every aspect of our lives.

Lifestyle
This getaway is designed to help you start to feel the benefits of a plant-based lifestyle. You will become a valuable member of our Getaway Co. family where there is no judgement, just positive connection.
