Connection & Culture
Connection & Culture
So far 2020 has challenged us in ways we’ve never been challenged before, but we’ve remained resilient and we continue to move forward in our quest to live mindful, compassionate lives.
From September 11th-18th 2020, we’ve curated another exciting adventure filled with mindfulness, connection and cultural exploration. This time, we’ve partnered with the shining light that is talented plant-based food stylist and mindful eating expert Laura Grosch aka Laura Fruit Fairy. We are also excited to be joined by very special guest, Annelina Waller who will lead our yoga and meditation experience.
The event will take place in stunningly beautiful Cascais, Portugal where we’ll enjoy a delicious selection of Laura’s plant-based recipes mixed in with some local favourites. Laura will also host two special cooking workshops that will include an exercise in mindful and intuitive eating as well as some handy food-styling tips!
Home base will be Casa Vela, a picturesque villa property just a hop skip and a jump from Portugal’s alluring Atlantic coastline and our jumping off point for a number of different adventures in beautiful Cascais and the surrounding area.
We can’t wait for the trip and we hope you’ll join us!
The borders are open within the EU, and Portugal now has daily flights scheduled into Lisbon.
To put your mind at ease when booking, we want you to know that if the situation changes and travel becomes impossible from your country, or in the event we have to cancel the event, you will be issued a full refund.
