Part III: The Golden Root Japan 2026

Our first two Japan 2026 Getaways sold out in just 24 hours, so we’re thrilled to announce a third and final departure. Joining us on this very special journey will be Erin Ireland, beloved vegan personality, storyteller, and food advocate, who will serve as your host throughout the adventure.

Over ten nights we’ll explore Japan’s iconic Golden Route: Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka, all reimagined through a plant-based perspective.

In Tokyo we’ll stay at the stylish Shiba Park Hotel, the perfect base to discover peaceful gardens and temples, cross the buzzing Shibuya Crossing, and enjoy curated meals at some of the city’s best vegan restaurants.

From there we’ll travel by bullet train to Kyoto and check in at Hotel Gion Misen in the historic Gion district. Highlights include visits to Kiyomizu-dera and Fushimi Inari’s torii gates, plus a private vegan cooking demonstration hosted by Erin Ireland.

We’ll also spend time in Osaka, known for its vibrant food culture and castle views.

On our final evening together, we’ll gather for a traditional Geisha performance and tea ceremony, complete with games, music, and a celebratory closing dinner.

This isn’t just a trip. With Erin Ireland as your host, it’s a chance to experience Japan with compassion, community, and unforgettable flavor at the heart of every moment.
