Part III: The Golden Root Japan 2027
After our first three Japan 2026 Getaways sold out in record time, we knew we had to return with even more opportunities to experience Japan through a fully vegan lens. We’re excited to announce three Japan departures for 2027, giving more travellers the chance to experience Japan’s culture, landscapes, and cuisine in a thoughtfully curated way.
We are delighted to be joined by Richard Makin of School Night Vegan, who will host a special hands on vegan cooking experience inspired by approachable, flavour focused plant based cooking.
Over ten nights, we will travel Japan’s iconic Golden Route through Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka, exploring the country’s rich food culture alongside unforgettable cultural highlights.
In Tokyo, we’ll stay at Shiba Park Hotel, ideally located for exploring temples, gardens, and the energy of the city. We will then travel by bullet train to Kyoto and stay at Hotel Gion Misen in the historic Gion district, with highlights including Kiyomizu-dera, Fushimi Inari Taisha, and our private cooking experience with Richard.
Our journey concludes in Osaka, a city celebrated for its vibrant atmosphere and dynamic food culture, offering even more opportunities to experience Japan’s evolving vegan scene.
This Getaway is more than a trip. It is an opportunity to experience Japan through culture, connection, and unforgettable plant based dining.
