Pasta La Vista Italy
Rome & Sorrento, Italy
Pasta La Vista 2027
Winding streets filled with life, sun drenched coastlines, and sunsets that seem to pause time itself. There is simply nowhere we would rather be in the early days of summer than the breathtaking landscapes of Rome, Sorrento, and the ancient ruins of Pompeii. From April 24 to May 1, 2027, that’s exactly where you’ll find us, experiencing this iconic corner of Italy for the very first time together on what promises to be an unforgettable Getaway.
We are thrilled to be joined by vegan chef and creator Richard Makin aka School Night Vegan, whose creativity, warmth, and passion for plant based cooking bring such a vibrant energy to the experience. We truly couldn’t imagine a more fun and fabulous host!
We will begin with three nights in the heart of Rome, soaking in the city’s timeless energy, winding streets, and iconic landmarks, all while enjoying incredible plant based takes on classic Roman dishes. From there, we’ll head south for four nights in Sorrento, where the coastal beauty truly shines and fresh, local ingredients inspire vibrant vegan flavours at every turn. Along the way, we’ll step back in time while exploring the awe inspiring ruins of Pompeii, take in the dramatic landscape surrounding Mount Vesuvius, and visit a local vineyard on its slopes for an unforgettable taste of the region.
We can already picture it now. A warm coastal breeze, a spritz in hand, and the golden light falling over ancient stone and shimmering sea. We cannot wait to share this unforgettable slice of Italy with you in 2027!

richard makin
Richard Makin is School Night Vegan! “As a long-time foodie, I had developed some pretty good cooking skills, but turning vegan was a whole new challenge! I had to retrain myself to cook without animal products. It was a surprisingly rewarding learning curve! I’m now a food stylist, recipe developer and food editor specialising in animal-free dishes.” -RM
