About Your Hosts
Richard Makin is School Night Vegan! “As a long-time foodie, I had developed some pretty good cooking skills, but turning vegan was a whole new challenge! I had to retrain myself to cook without animal products. It was a surprisingly rewarding learning curve! I’m now a food stylist, recipe developer and food editor specialising in animal-free dishes.” -RM
“I’m passionate about making the Parisian vegan life easy and fun! Thus I created the Vegan Tourist Map, that lists thematically every vegan restaurant in Paris. I also share news & reviews on my Instagram. Last, I organize scavenger hunts, parties and evening games to combine delicious food with friendly and unique moments!”
Doris has been living in Berlin for over 10 years and is working as a freelance yoga teacher and dietitian. “Berlin is such a great city to be vegan in! There is so much variety in culture and cuisine, it never gets boring. The vibes, the parks, the people – it’s an amazing place that I get to call home.”
