Sun, sea, and sensational plant-based flavours, Greece awaits in 2027!
We are so happy to welcome Farmer Nick back to The Getaway Co. line up as host in Greece, bringing his signature warmth, humour, and love of plant based living (and plants!) to the journey.
We will begin our adventure in Athens, staying at the sleek and centrally located Boutique Hotel L’Avventura, where the vibrant streets, rich history, and incredible vegan cuisine set the tone for an unforgettable week. Three days in the city will give us time to explore the legendary Acropolis, wander charming neighborhoods, and dive into the flavors of modern Greek plant-based cooking.
Next, we will head to the iconic cliffs and sunsets of Santorini, staying four nights at the beautiful Kallos Imar Hotel, where we will have the property all to ourselves. Here we will hike the caldera trail from Fira to Oia, take a full island tour, and enjoy plenty of moments to relax by the pool, soak up the sun, and connect with fellow travelers.
This fully planned, week-long Getaway blends iconic sights, exceptional vegan cuisine, and carefully curated experiences so you can explore, relax, and enjoy Greece to the fullest.

Getaway Details
Saturday, October 2nd: 3:00pm check-in at L’Avventura Hotel Athens, followed by opening night dinner party.
Sunday, October 3rd: Breakfast at the hotel, visit to the Vegan Life Festival, visit to the Acropolis, group dinner.
Monday, October 4th: Breakfast at the hotel, free time to explore Athens (lunch not provided),
special rooftop vegan pizza party with comedic performance.
Tuesday, October 5th: Breakfast at the hotel, lunch on the go, flight and check-in at Kallos Imar Hotel in Santorini followed by dinner.
Wednesday, October 6th: Breakfast at the hotel, lunch and free time in Fira, caldera hike to Oia for dinner.
Thursday. October 7th: Breakfast at the hotel, free time (lunch not provided), group dinner.
Friday, October 8th: Breakfast at the hotel, Santorini Island Tour and special closing night dinner.
Saturday, October 9th: Family breakfast followed by check-out and goodbyes.

The Getaway Co. groups are comprised of approximately 15-25 participants of all ages (21+)

AMANDA PERSI
As a PR and event management expert, Amanda has over 15 years of experience working with everyone from Lady Gaga to Kendrick Lamar, to entrepreneurial groups, to corporate teams, and everyone in between! Having planned events and getaways in North America, Europe and Asia, she is both The Getaway Co’s founder and go-to inspiration captain!
lianne morrow
Lianne is our Operations and Guest Experience Manager, with a background in hospitality, customer service, event management, and travel and tourism. She ensures every Getaway is executed seamlessly and is the go-to for guest questions. She’s also a former co-owner of a vegan catering business, bringing a touch of creativity and care to everything she does.
Farmer Nick
Nick is a “plantrepreneur” who is passionate about all things green. As a full-time plant coach, urban gardener, and landscape designer, Nick’s mission is to leave the earth greener than when he found it – giving people the knowledge and confidence they need to create their own green spaces in the pursuit of environmental action and social justice.
IOANNA TSATSARI
As a passionate traveler searching for the greatest vegan spots in the world, Ioanna will serve as your guide through the best vegan tastes of Athens & Santorini. She also has a zest for the creative having worked in marketing and communications for over 10 years with a focus on events. She is the perfect host for a unique group experience through the eyes of a local in beautiful Greece!
