A Culinary Love Story was a getaway that took place from August 8th – August 15th, in Tuscany, Italy with MasterChef’s first ever vegan winner, Dino Luciano.
Dino walked us through the process of transforming classic Italian dishes into delicious plant-based alternatives using fresh, traditional ingredients and local produce.
We bonded, learned, connected and grew while visiting vineyards, relaxing at the spa, wandering through the streets of Cinque Terre and living as a family in a historic villa on the Italian country side.

Getaway Highlights
Food
This Getaway will include 3 meals per day from Dino's amazing library of plant-based recipes that we will cook together! A classic Italian breakfast followed by two additional meals ranging from pizza and pasta, to pool side BBQs.
Relaxation
While it’s important to learn and grow, it’s equally as important to relax and let all of the amazing things we’re experiencing sink in. There will be lots of time to connect, hang out, lounge by the pool and reflect on all of our new culinary skills.
Culture
It is very important to us that we spend time learning about Tuscany's rich history - including that of the very historical villa we'll be living in! Our excursions will also be rich in culture, information, fun, not to mention delicious vegan Tuscan wine!

AMANDA PERSI
As a PR and event management expert, Amanda has over 15 years of experience working with everyone from Lady Gaga to Kendrick Lamar, to entrepreneurial groups, to corporate teams, and everyone in between! DINO LUCIANO
Obsessed with the pursuit of perfection, Dino Angelo Luciano presents his heart on a plate. From a young age, Dino spent countless hours in the kitchen learning, or as his grandmother called it “training to feed a large Sicilian army”. This gave him the expertise to compete nationally, winning the title of MasterChef USA in 2017 as the first ever vegan chef. Driven by his dream of feeding the world, Dino has a determination and obsession to elevate his craft. He believes that collaboration is integral to his ultimate goal of sharing the love of cooking with everyone.
