From August 3-10, 2024, you can join us in beautiful Tuscany with the talented Sara Tercero otherwise known as the Better Food Guru! This will be our first trip with Sara and with her quick wit and immense vegan food knowledge, we’re thrilled to have her join us in one of our favourite locations.
Guests of this experience will have the chance to participate in two cooking demo experiences with Better Food Guru on site at our beautiful hotel, Pensione Vignamaggio, and with the help of our wonderful in house vegan chef Gabriele Palloni.
As always, we’ll have the opportunity to indulge in a mouth-watering menu of veganized Italian food and throughout the trip we’ll embark on a day of vegan wine-tastings, traverse the varied landscape of colourful Cinque Terre, go on a guided tour of historical Florence and so much more!

Join us for Plantspiration in Italy 2024
Saturday, August 3rd: Check-in at Pensione Vignamaggio followed by welcome drinks and opening dinner party.
Sunday, August 4th: Family breakfast, wine tasting experience with lunch, dinner at hotel.
Monday, August 5th: Family breakfast, lunch at hotel, dinner cooking experience with Better Food Guru.
Tuesday, August 6th: Family breakfast, day trip into Florence with guided tour, free time (dinner not included on this day).
Wednesday, August 7th: Family breakfast, free time (lunch not included on this day), dinner cooking experience with Better Food Guru.
Thursday, August 8th: Family breakfast, Cinque Terre excursion with lunch, dinner at hotel.
Friday, August 9th: Family breakfast, free time, lunch at villa, time to pack and enjoy Panzano, closing night dinner.
Saturday, August 10th: Family breakfast followed by check out and goodbyes.

About Your Hosts
As a PR and event management expert, Amanda has over 15 years of experience working with everyone from Lady Gaga to Kendrick Lamar, to entrepreneurial groups, to corporate teams, and everyone in between! Having planned events and getaways in North America, Europe and Asia, she is both The Getaway Co’s founder and go-to inspiration captain!
Sara Tercero is the founder of the popular Betterfoodguru blog and the author of Plant-based Diet in 30 days. She draws on her 30 years of being a Chef to develop easy, creative and delicious Plant-based recipes. Proving plants are delicious is her motto. She demystifies plant-based cooking with tried and true methods and unforgettable humor.
Born and raised in Florence, Italy, Gabriele has worked as a chef in countless creative formats, has written three vegan cookbooks, and collaborates on all kinds of exciting vegan projects in Italy and beyond. Gabriele owns a vegan B&B in Florence, and works as a home chef spreading his message of antispeciesism across the nation.
